摘 要:文章选用母本东农46和父本L-100构建重组自交群体127个家系为试验材料,利用全基因组重测序技术构建高密度遗传连锁图谱,结合群体豆荚长、宽、厚性状R3~R8时期表型数据,利用QTL IciMapping 4.1.0.0软件完备区间作图法分析非条件和条件QTL加性和上位性效应。结果表明,在豆荚3个性状发育过程中,共检测到40个非条件加性效应QTL,贡献率为4.35%~25.52%;检测到12个条件加性效应QTL,贡献率为3.80%~23.32%。同时检测到多个QTL位点在不同性状或不同生育时期表达,如QPL-7-1、QPL-12-2和QPL-20-1(QPW-20-1)等。通过上位性分析检测到豆荚长度143对、宽度185对和厚度34对QTL位点,贡献率最高分别达29.69%、24.73%和25.17%,表明多基因效应在豆荚生长发育过程中发挥重要作用。In this study,total 127 lines of recombinant inbred lines population from female parent Dongnong 46 and male parent L-100 were selected as materials,and a high-density genetic linkage map was constructed using the whole-genome resequencing technology.The inclusive complete interval mapping method of QTL IciMapping 4.1.0.0 software was used to analysis additive and epistatic effects of conditional and non-conditional QTL of pod length,pod width and pod thickness.The results showed that during the development of the three traits of the pod,a total of 40 non-conditional additive QTLs were detected with a contribution rate of 4.35%-25.52%,12 QTLs with a conditional additive effect were detected,with a contribution rate of 3.80%-23.32%.At the same time,many non-condition and condition QTLs were detected simultaneously in different traits or different periods,such as QPL-7-1,QPL-12-2 and QPL-20-1(QPW-20-1).Total 143 pairs QTL of length,185 pairs QTL of width and 34 pairs QTL of thickness were acquired by the epistasis analys,with the highest contribution rates reaching 29.69%,24.73%and 25.17%,respectively,which indicated that the polygenic effects played an important role in the growth and development of seed pods.
