摘  要:研究不同盐分类型(单盐、中性盐、混合盐和碱性盐)及各盐分不同浓度梯度(50、100、150、200、250和300 mmol·L-1)胁迫处理下皂荚优良品种“帅丁”种子萌发(发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和胚根长度)、幼苗生长及生理特征(株高生长量、生物量、根冠比、MDA、Pro、SP、SS和CAT活性)变化,评价皂荚耐盐性,为该品种在盐碱地区栽培和推广提供依据。结果表明,①低浓度(≤100 mmol·L-1)单盐和中性盐可促进皂荚种子萌发,随胁迫浓度增大,4种盐分类型对皂荚种子萌发及幼苗生长抑制作用显著。②不同盐分类型随pH升高,对种子及幼苗抑制作用增强,抑制强度为碱性盐>混合盐>中性盐>单盐。③皂荚幼苗可通过调节自身Pro、SP、SS含量和CAT活性抵御盐碱胁迫,表现一定耐受性。但高盐高碱环境(浓度>200 mmol·L-1,pH>9.87)下CAT和SS较Pro、SP代谢发生紊乱早,导致幼苗表现胁迫伤害。可知,皂荚“帅丁”品种对轻度盐碱胁迫具有一定生理适应性,但其在盐碱土壤环境中种植栽培仍有待进一步研究。In order to evaluate the salt tolerance of Gleditsia sinensis and to provide the basis for the cultivation and popularization of the fine variety of Gleditsia sinensis named"Shuaiding"in saline and alkali area,the changes of seed germination(germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index and radicle length),seedling growth and physiological characteristics(plant height increment,biomass,root-shoot ratio,MDA,Pro,SP,SS and CAT activity)were studied under different salt types(simple salt,neutral salt,mixed salt and alkali salt)and different concentration gradients of each type(50,100,150,200,250 and 300 mmol·L-1).The results showed that①low concentration(≤100 mmol·L-1)of simple salt and neutral salt could promote the seed germination of Gleditsia sinensis and with the increase of stress concentration,the inhibition effects of the four salt types on the seed germination and seedling growth of became significant;②with the increase of pH,the inhibition effect of different salt types on seeds and seedlings were increasingly enhanced,and the inhibition intensity was basic salt>mixed salt>neutral salt>single salt;③the seedlings could resist salt-alkali stress by adjusting their Pro,SP,SS contents and CAT activities,thus showing tolerance.However,CAT and SS metabolisms were disrupted earlier than Pro and SP under high salinity and high alkali environment(concentration>200 mmol·L-1,pH>9.87),which resulted in stress injury of seedlings."Shuaiding"had certain physiological adaptability to slight saline-alkali stress,but its cultivation in saline-alkali soil still needed further experimental studies.
