摘 要:为研究内蒙古典型牧业旗县绵羊胃肠道线虫病流行特点和耐药性,分别在鄂尔多斯乌审旗和锡林郭勒西乌珠穆沁旗开展绵羊主要线虫病流行病学调查,比较常用抗蠕虫药驱虫效果。采集新鲜粪样,定性和定量检查粪便虫卵,给予不同抗蠕虫药开展驱虫效果比较试验。结果表明,连续两年鄂尔多斯细毛羊胃肠道线虫总感染率分别为84.4%和36.9%,乌珠穆沁羊胃肠道线虫感染率分别为70.9%和48.0%。两个地区优势虫种均为捻转血矛线虫和细颈线虫,且伊维菌素和多拉菌素已完全失去对绵羊消化道线虫的驱杀作用,阿苯达唑和噻嘧啶驱虫效果亦较差。左旋咪唑在鄂尔多斯细毛羊体内驱虫效果较差,但在乌珠穆沁羊体内驱虫效果较好。碘硝酚、氯氰碘柳胺钠和硝碘酚腈对优势线虫具有强大驱杀作用,给药后虫卵减少率(FECR)均超过97%。因此,研究发现试验区域绵羊胃肠道线虫感染较严重,且优势虫种已对目前广泛应用的伊维菌素、多拉菌素和阿苯达唑等多种驱虫药均产生强抗药性。研究结果为试验区域制定合理驱虫方案提供科学依据。An epidemiological study of gastrointestinal nematodes and the anthelmintic efficacy of commonly used drugs were carried out in naturally infected Ordos merino sheep and Wuzhumuqin sheep in southwest and middle east parts of Inner Mongolia,respectively.Firstly,fresh fecal samples were collected from rectum of individual sheep,and fecal nematode eggs were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed,and the epidemiology of sheep nematodiasis was comprehensively studied.Secondly,sheep with severe nematode infections were selected for evaluating the anthelmintic efficacy of commonly used drugs.The results showed that the gastrointestinal nematode infection was relatively serious in Ordos merino sheep.The infection rates of nematodes in two consecutive years were 84.4%and 36.9%in Ordos merino sheep,and were 70.9%and 48.0%in Wuzhumuqin sheep,respectively.The Hemonchus contortus and Nematodirus sp.were the dominantly infected species in both areas.Moreover,these predominant species were acquired highly resistance to the ivermectin,doramectin,albendazole and pyrantel.The levamisole had a poor anthelmintic effect on nematodes in Ordos merino sheep,but it had a high efficacy of anthelmintic effect on nematodes in Wuzhumuqin sheep.However,the disophenol,nitroxynil and closantel injections,which did not commonly used in local areas,showed a strong anthelmintic effect on the prevailing dominant species Hemonchus contortus and some other nematodes.The FECR of all the experimental groups was exceeded 97%following single administration.Therefore,the current epidemiology of gastrointestinal nematodes in sheep was very serious and the predominant species were acquired highly resistance to commonly used ivermectin,doramectin and albendazole in research areas.The experimental results would play a good foundation for the subsequent development of reasonable anthelmintic regimen.
