摘 要:目的探讨基于隐性知识理论开展图书馆知识协作下的护理科研创新能力培养的效果。方法将本院的护理创新团队队员作为研究对象,通过在图书馆设置创新资源场、交流场、实践场、系统场的护理创新知识服务协作模式,进行护理创新能力的培养,比较队员在培训前后的信息素养、自主学习能力的得分变化,并行配对t检验。结果培训后队员的信息素养为(86.44±17.07)分,自主学习能力为(148.38±9.87)分,两者均较培训前的得分有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科研创新能力属于隐性知识范畴,应用隐性知识转化的社会化-外显化-组合化-内隐化模型和知识场理论设计的知识服务模式,可以满足护士对创新知识服务的需要,是一项有益的创新教育探索。Objective To explore the effect of developing nursing research innovation ability training based on tacit knowledge theory under library knowledge collaboration. Methods Taking the members of the nursing innovation team in our hospital as the research object,through the establishment of the innovation resource field,exchange field,practice field,and system field in the library,the nursing innovation knowledge service cooperation mode was used to cultivate nursing innovation ability. The scores of information literacy and self-learning ability of team members were compared before and after training. Results After the training,the information literacy of the team members was(86.44±17.07) points,and the self-learning ability was(148.38±9.87) points,both of which were significantly higher than the scores before the training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The ability of scientific research and innovation belongs to the category of tacit knowledge. Applying the socialization-externalization-combination-internalization model of tacit knowledge transformation and the knowledge service model designed by knowledge field theory can satisfy nurses’ needs for innovative knowledge services. It is a useful and innovative educational exploration.
