摘　　要：目的探讨新计生政策下助产士的压力源,以及面对压力时采取的应对方式。方法对南充市6家不同级别医院的72名助产士进行问卷调查,并进行统计分析。结果助产士压力源排前十位的是:经常倒班、护理患者的病情过重、工作量大、助产士数量少、社会地位低、工作环境差、工资及其他福利待遇低、深造机会太少、护理管理者的理解和支持不够、与医生发生冲突。结论助产士目前面临压力源多,工作难度大,需要工作单位重视并改进。Objective To explore the stressors of midwives under the new technology policy and the ways to cope with it.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 72 midwives from 6 hospitals of different levels in nanchong,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results the top ten stressors of midwives were:frequent shift work,heavy illness of nursing patients,heavy workload,low number of midwives,low social status,poor working environment,low salary and other welfare,little opportunity for further study,insufficient understanding and support of nursing managers,and conflict with doctors.Concusion Midwives are faced with many sources of pressure and difficult work,so they need to be paid attention to and improved.
