摘　　要：在新型冠状病毒肺炎的诊断及治愈判断中,病毒核酸拭子留取都是最重要的判断方法之一,因此病毒核酸拭子留取的有效性及安全性极其重要。本文通过总结本院作为新型冠状肺炎定点医院进行发热门诊病毒核酸拭子留取的实践经验,整理呼吸道传播疾病病毒核酸拭子留取流程及注意事项,旨在提高今后相关呼吸道传播疾病标本留取的准确性、有效性及降低标本采集护理人员发生感染的风险。At present,with the development of nCov-19 epidemic situation,viral nucleic aid swabs are becoming more and more popular in major hospitals in China.Through the novel coronal pneumonia prevention and control guidelines combined with the practical experience of virus nucleic swabs in fever clinic,this paper provides the process and matters needing attention of virus nucleic acid swabs for respiratory transmission diseases.The purpose of this study is to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of specimen retention and to reduce the risk of infection among specimen collection nurses.
