摘　　要：新时代做好大学生“以美育人”工作,既是国家的时代使命,也是高校育人的迫切需要,更是实现高校育人的有效途径。当前的高校美育工作中,美育实践难以落实、师资薄弱、实践活动缺乏创新问题突出。浙江金融职业学院在美育工作实践中,比较系统地梳理了理论渊源,构建了一套美育体系,从美育环境、美育载体、美育规模与方式等方面,多层次进行了美育探索,形成了一套行之有效的工作模式。In the new era,it is not only the mission of our country,but also the urgent need of college education.It is also an effective way to realize college education.In the current work of aesthetic education in Colleges and universities,the problems of difficult implementation of aesthetic education practice,weak teachers and lack of innovation in practical activities are prominent.In the practice of aesthetic education,Zhejiang Vocational College of Finance systematically combs the theoretical origin,constructs a set of aesthetic education system,explores aesthetic education at multiple levels from the aspects of aesthetic education environment,aesthetic education carrier,aesthetic education scale and mode,and forms a set of effective working mode.
