六味地黄汤加减治疗糖尿病痛性周围神经病变的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析对糖尿病痛性周围神经病变(Painful Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy,PDPN)患者采用六味地黄汤加减治疗的临床疗效。方法:将2018年10月-2019年10月我院收治的82例糖尿病痛性周围神经病变患者随机分为对照组(行常规西药治疗)和观察组(行六味地黄汤加减治疗)各41例。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗后的神经传导速度指标、血糖指标、氧化应激指标、血液流变学指标。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组正中神经、腓总神经、胫后神经的神经传导速度指标均快于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的血糖指标在治疗后均明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、内皮素-1(Endothelin 1,ET-1)、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)指标在治疗后低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)则高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗后的血液流变学所有指标均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:六味地黄汤加减在治疗PDPN方面具有显著临床疗效,能够明显改善患者的神经传导速度、氧化应激指标、血液流变学指标,并降低血糖水平,是一种效果更好的治疗方式。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of the Liuwei Dihuang decoction(六味地黄汤)on PDPN.Methods:82 cases were randomly divided into two group,41 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the Liuwei Dihuang decoction.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.The nerve conduction velocity indexes of median nerve,common peroneal nerve and posterior tibial nerve in the observation group were faster than those in the control group,P<0.05,and the blood glucose indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group after treatment,P<0.05.CRP,ET-1,MDA in the observation group were lower,and SOD was higher than the control group,P<0.05.Hemorheology indexes in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Liuwei Dihuang decoction shows a significant effect on PDPN,can significantly improve the nerve conduction velocity,oxidative stress index,hemorheology index,and reduce blood glucose level.
