基于静息态功能磁共振评价珍枣胶囊治疗老年原发性失眠的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:运用珍枣胶囊治疗老年阴虚火旺型失眠患者,观察和探讨珍枣胶囊治疗老年阴虚火旺型原发性失眠患者的疗效以及可能的作用机制。方法:30例符合入组标准的患者,随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各15例。分别使用珍枣胶囊以及天王补心丸治疗8周,对比治疗前后两组患者症状、量表以及静息态功能磁共振(Resting state-fMRI,Rs-fMRI)变化。结果:两组在多个脑区的局部一致性(Regional Homogeneity,ReHo)值发生变化且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:珍枣胶囊治疗老年单纯性慢性失眠患者机制可能与调节脑内颞叶、海马等区域的异常功能活动有关。Objective:The effects and possible mechanism of the Zhenzao capsule(珍枣胶囊)on senile primary insomnia of the Yinxu Huowang type(阴虚火旺型)was observed and discussed in the article.Methods:30 cases were randomly divided into two groups,15 cases in each.The treatment group and the control group.were given the Zhenzao capsule and Tianwang Buxin Wan(天王补心丸)respectively.Results:The ReHo values in multiple brain regions of the patients were significantly different between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mechanism of the Zhenzao capsule on senile primary chronic insomnia may be related to the regulation of abnormal functional activities in the temporal lobe,hippocampus and other regions of the brain.
