摘　　要：六味地黄丸属于补肾滋阴类首方,自古至今,在临床运用范围十分之广,后世医家用于骨科临床,或加减化裁,或不同剂型,凡肝肾阴虚所致骨结核等骨病后期,或关节炎、股骨头缺血性坏死皆可施之。笔者通过探源本方,且从成方医理、组方特点、现代药理学研究等方面,进行剖析,更结合临床骨科医案,以飨同道。The Liuwei Dihuang pills(六味地黄丸)belongs to the first prescription of Bushen Ziyin(补肾滋阴).It has been widely used in clinical practice since ancient times.Later doctors can use it in orthopedic clinic,or in addition and subtraction,or in different dosage forms.It can be used in the later stage of osteopathy,or in arthritis or avascular necrosis of femoral head.The author explores the source of the original prescription,and analyzes the prescription from the aspects of medical theory,the characteristics of the prescription,and modern pharmacological research,and combines the clinical orthopedic medical records to share the method.
