除癣止痒中药颗粒浸洗方治疗浸渍糜烂型足癣的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究除癣止痒中药颗粒浸洗方治疗浸渍糜烂型足癣的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的120名浸渍糜烂型足癣患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。治疗组外用除癣止痒中药颗粒浸洗方,对照组选用3%硼酸联合硝酸咪康唑乳膏。结果:治疗前两组各基线指标均无统计学差异(P>0.05),可以进行比较。治疗后,治疗组的各症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:除癣止痒中药颗粒浸洗方治疗浸渍糜烂型足癣疗效显著且安全可行。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of soaking with the Chuxuan Zhiyang granule(除癣止痒中药颗粒)on dipping erosive beriberi.Methods:120 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,60 cases in each.The treatment group took soaking with the Chuxuan Zhiyang granule,the control group was treated with 3%boric acid plus miconazole nitrate cream.Results:After treatment,the symptom scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Soaking with the Chuxuan Zhiyang granule on dipping erosive beriberi is effective and safe.
