摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对生长抑素治疗胸部肿瘤术后并发乳糜胸的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月某三甲医院胸外科收治的因胸部肿瘤术后并发乳糜胸而接受生长抑素治疗的患者34例为研究对象,以2018年1月—12月接受手术的患者为对照组,2019年1月—12月接受手术的患者为观察组,每组各17例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预。比较两组患者的不良反应发生次数、焦虑评分、护理满意度。结果两组患者不良反应发生次数、焦虑评分和护理满意度比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对采用生长抑素治疗的胸部肿瘤术后并发乳糜胸患者应用综合护理干预,可减少药物不良反应,改善焦虑情绪,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in the somatostatin treatment of chylothorax after thoracic tumor surgery.Methods Thirty-four patients who got postoperative chylothorax and were treated with somatostatin in a tertiary grade A hospital between January 2018 and December 2019 were selected as research objects.Patients who were treated with somatostatin between January 2018 and December 2018 were selected as the control group,and those who were treated with somatostatin between January 2019 and December 2019 were selected as the observation group,with 17 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of adverse reactions,nursing satisfaction and anxiety scores of the two groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions,nursing satisfaction and anxiety scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve patients'nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions,and relieve the anxiety of patients with postoperative chylothorax in the somatostatin treatment.
