摘 要:CBR-V嵌挤密实型矿料设计方法,采用多级嵌挤与多级填充的两阶段设计思路。第一阶段多级嵌挤采用改进的CBR为评价指标,确定矿质混合料骨架部分;第二阶段多级填充采用体积(V)作为评价指标,完成矿质混合料密实填充部分,最终形成嵌挤密实矿质混合料配比设计。由于CBR-V矿料级配设计方法是基于试验的一种设计方法,通过试验数据反映集料的状况,从而使集料的不同特征得到综合的体现,所以可以认为这是一个能够顾及或全面体现集料特征的设计方法,且具有级配唯一性特征。介绍了CBR-V法在广东某高速公路应用的情况。The design method of CBR-V skeleton-dense gradation adopts the two-stage design idea of multistage inlay extrusion and multistage filling.In the first stage,the improved CBR is used as the evaluation index to determine the skeleton part of mineral mixture;in the second stage,the volume(V)is used as the evaluation index to complete the dense filling part of mineral mixture and finally form the proportion design of skeleton-dense mineral mixture.As CBR-V is a design method based on the test,it reflects the state of the aggregate through the test data,so that the different characteristics of the aggregate are comprehensively reflected.Therefore,it can be considered that the various characteristics of the aggregate are considered in the test,which is a design method that can take into account or fully reflect the characteristics of the aggregate,and has the unique characteristics of the grading.Finally,the application of CBR-V method in a highway in Guangdong Province is introduced.
