西夏法典《天盛改旧新定律令》总目与门类提要

摘　　要：《俄藏黑水城文献》刊布的西夏文《天盛改旧新定律令》是西夏天盛年间颁布的一部重要法典。《天盛改旧新定律令》由《天盛改旧新定律令名略》与《天盛改旧新定律令》正文两大部分构成,全书共二十卷,计一百五十门,分一千四百六十条。《天盛改旧新定律令名略》是《天盛改旧新定律令》全书总目,《天盛改旧新定律令名略》卷目与《天盛改旧新定律令》正文部分卷册残缺不全,二者在遗存的文献中可以互补。基于全面系统地了解《天盛改旧新定律令》之目的,本文将从基本框架入手,以西夏文《天盛改旧新定律令》目录译释作为突破口,重点释读其二十卷中的一百五十个门类,为以后分门别类地研究《天盛改旧新定律令》起引玉作用。Tidnshcng Laws written in Tangut published by the Documents Hidden in Russia Uneaiihcd from Heishui City is an important code in the period of Tiansheng.It is the first statutoiy code written in minority characters and published.This code consists of two parts such as the catalogue and main body of the text including twenty volumes,150 categories and has been divided into 1460 laws.The catalogue is the outline and general catalogue of the whole book.Because of a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the purpose of Tiansheng Laws,this paper will start with the basic framework and take Tangut translation as a breakthrough to explain the 150 categories.
