北魏河西地区“河南宫”、“承华宫”与“拔隣山城”故址初探

摘　　要：北魏初期曾经在今河套高原先后建造“河南宫”、“承华宫”以及“拔隣山城”。“河南宫”故址位于今内蒙古自治区达拉特旗昭君镇的二狗湾古城遗址,“承华宫”故址即今内蒙古自治区准格尔旗沙圪堵镇南部的石子湾古城遗址,“拔隣山城”位于今内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市东胜区西部的泊尔江海子镇奎素古城遗址。“河南宫”和“承华宫”既是北魏君主巡游西部地区的立足点,也是震慑各地离心势力的政治支撑点,在特定时段发挥临时政治中心的作用,除过其组织狩猎经济职能之外,更是讲武练兵备战的指挥中心。“拔隣山城”则是保障魏军吞灭赫连夏战争的军需物资储存与中转站,以军事职责为主。“The Henan Palace”,“the Chenghua Palace”and“the Balinshan Castle”were build in the Hetao Plateau during the first period of North Wei Dynasty.“The Henan Palace”site seated at the ruins of Ergouwan ancient city in the Zhaojun Town of Dalate Banner in Inner Mongolia autonomous region.“The Chenghua Palace”site seated at the ruins of Shiziwan ancient city in Shagedu Town of Zhungeer Banner in Inner Mongolia autonomous region.“The Balinshan Castle”site seated at the ruins of Kuisu ancient city in the Boerjiang lake Town of Dongsheng District in Inner Mongolia autonomous region.“The Henan Palace”and“the Chenghua Palace”are two imperial palaces for short stay during patrolling the west area that away from the capital,and are too two political standing points—a temporary capital in the some special time,except for their organizing hunting economic affect.They are alse two command centers of military training.“The Balinshan Castle”was a station of store up and transfer of the military supplies when the war of troop of North Wei Dynasty has annexed Helian Xia Dynasty.That was mainly military function.
