摘　　要：镍合金高温合金是一种能够在600℃以上及一定应力条件下长期工作的金属材料,本文从车用高温连接GH4080A镍合金紧固件加工及热处理技术特点等论述,对GH4080A镍合金紧固件加工及热处理技术条件,工艺及金相组织进行分析。车用增压器螺栓、螺柱、螺母等紧固件,除具有较高的室温力学性能外,还要求在长期的时效条件下有良好的高温蠕变持久性能。螺栓、螺柱与螺母的配合选择应满足制造材料的一致性,以免发生高温松弛。Nickel alloy super alloy is a kind of metal material that can work for a long time at 600℃or higher and under certain stress conditions.This article describes the technology characteristics of the processing and heat treatment of GH4080A nickel alloy fasteners(high temperature parts for vehicles)and covers the analysis on the processing and heat treatment technology conditions,process and metallographic structure etc..The vehicular fasteners such as bolts,studs,and nuts for automotive turbocharger are required to have good temperature creep durability for long-term period and the high room temperature mechanical properties.The matching selection of bolts,studs and nuts should meet the requirements of consistency of manufacturing materials to avoid high temperature relaxation.
