摘 要:增大主反射镜的口径是提高空间反射式光学系统分辨率的最直接手段。随着口径的不断增大,传统的蜂窝结构很难满足反射镜的高轻量化和高刚度的要求,需要研究新的结构方案来对其进行优化设计。文章针对空间相机大口径主反射镜的应用需求,在传统蜂窝夹层反射镜结构的基础上,结合反射镜应力状态分析,提出了一种新型低面密度大口径反射镜轻量化方案——叠层蜂窝夹层反射镜。同时,以3m级大口径反射镜为例,进行了详细的结构参数优化,分析了卸载支撑状态的面形变化,并对反射镜的过载强度和温度面形稳定性进行了校核,验证了叠层蜂窝大口径反射镜轻量化结构方案的合理性。Increasing the aperture of the primary mirror is the most direct way to improve the resolution of the spatial reflective optical system.With the increasing of the aperture,the traditional honeycomb structure is difficult to meet the requirements of high lightweight and high rigidity of the mirror,so it is necessary to study a new structural scheme to optimize its design.Based on the traditional honeycomb sandwich mirror structure and the stress state analysis of the mirror,a new lightweight scheme,laminated honeycomb sandwich mirror,is proposed in this paper.At the same time,taking a 3m class large aperture mirror as an example,the detailed structural parameter optimization is carried out.The surface shape change of unloading support state is analyzed,and the overload strength and temperature surface shape stability of the mirror are checked to verify the rationality of the lightweight structure scheme of the laminated honeycomb large aperture mirror.
