摘 要:为了获得更好的相机成像品质,提高谱段间的配准精度,光学遥感器望远镜旋转扫描系统需要实现大惯量、高精度的速度平稳性控制。文章针对某海洋水温水色扫描仪中望远镜整体旋转扫描控制系统,为了实现高精度速度平稳性指标,在原速度闭环的基础上,增加了双电流闭环控制器,通过合理设置电流控制器参数来改善速度环的开环特性,将原速度环对象特性由0型系统变为I型系统,提高了控制型别,且增加了速度回路的相角裕度,由原来的-180°相移变为-90°相移,提高了速度环的开环增益,减小了动态误差。仿真结果表明,当系统存在摩擦力矩干扰时,速度波动由0.42%降低为0.067%;当存在脉宽调制电源干扰时,速度波动由0.66%降低为0.067%,降低幅度达一个数量级。文章提出的方法有较强的干扰抑制能力,可为永磁同步力矩电机的高精度速度控制系统设计提供借鉴。In order to obtain the better image quality of space cameras and improve the registration accuracy between spectral bands,it is necessary to achieve high precision speed and stability control under the large inertia in the space telescope scanning system.In this paper,according to the characteristics of a marine rotation telescope,on the basis of the original speed closed-loop,two current feedback loops with reasonable parameters are investigated in the paper.The open-loop characteristics of the speed loop are improved by setting the parameters of the current controller reasonably.The control type is improved from 0 to I type and the phase angle margin of the speed loop is increased from–180°to–90°,which can improve the open-loop gain of the speed loop and reduce the dynamic error.The simulation results show that when there is friction torque interference,the current loop controller reduces speed fluctuation from 0.42%to 0.067%,and when the power supply has PWM wave disturbances,the current loop controller reduces speed fluctuation from 0.66%to 0.067%,with the reduction over one order of magnitude.The proposed method has strong interference suppression ability and provides reference for the design of high-precision speed control systems of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
