摘  要:针对一起大型轧钢同步电动机集电环装置发生的集电环电蚀打火故障,从碳刷、刷握、集电环本体以及其他影响集电环装置运行的各个方面逐一分析,最终分析得出在电动机过载情况下,较高的碳刷电流密度导致碳刷及集电环较高的运行温度,从而造成碳刷热膨胀,碳刷与刷握刷盒卡滞,最终碳刷与集电环表面接触不良,集电环电蚀烧损。通过在线磨削集电环、增加碳刷个数、降低电流密度和碳刷性能改进,提高额定电流密度并降低热膨胀率等做法,最终改善了集电环运行状态,避免了类似事故的发生。From slip ring electric erosion occurred in large steel rolling synchronous motors,this paper analyses one by one the aspects of brushes,brush holder,slip ring and other influences on the operation of the slip ring device,and finally concludes that under the overload condition,higher current density of brushes leads to higher operating temperature which causes extra thermal expansion of brushes and then the brushes are stuck by brush holder,the poor contact between brushes and the surface of the slip ring causes slip ring damaged by electric erosion.By on-line grinding the slip ring,reducing the current density by increasing brushes,and improving brushes performance of high ampere density and low thermal expansion rate,the state of the slip ring can be improved and accidents can be avoided.
