摘　　要：介绍一种基于伺服电动机驱动的新型操作机构的真空断路器,并配备有智能控制单元,可按真空灭弧室理想特性要求,预设合、分闸机械特性曲线,实现对机构状态的实时监测与精确调控。此断路器结构简单可靠、操作寿命长、维护工作量极少,为真正意义上的长寿命、智能化断路器,极大提升了炼钢电弧炉供电系统的可靠性。A new long life vacuum circuit breaker based on servo motor actuator is introduced.With the help of smart control units,this breaker is designed to operate the mechanism under the ideal pre-set on-off curves required from vacuum interrupters,while the main elements are monitored and accurately controlled on-line.The actuator of this breaker is simple and reliable,so has long operation life,but needs limited maintenance,and with monitoring system,hence,realizes a new smart and long life breaker design concept.Using this breaker,the reliability of steel making electric arc furnace power supply system is greatly improved.
