摘 要:介绍了宝钢股份厚板部切头剪钢板测量原理和测量过程中出现的问题,描述了激光测长仪的工作原理及在厚板部剪切线切头剪的应用。针对实际生产中新增激光测长仪存在的控制精度问题和剪切实绩问题,从控制角度对切头剪本体程序进行了多处改进和优化,使得设备控制系统和激光检测有机结合,提高钢板定位控制。This paper introduces the measuring principle of crop shear in Baosteel Heavy Plate Department and the problems caused by it.It describes the working principle of laser length measurement and its application in crop shear of shear line in Heavy Plate Department.In view of the problems of control precision and shearing performance existing in the newly added laser length measurement in actual production,the main program of plate position control has been improved and optimized in many ways from the control logic,so that the equipment control system and laser detection are organically combined to improve the positioning control of steel plates.
