摘  要:针对某线性工程输水管线压覆地质勘查项目资源储量和工程量,通过调查建设项目周边(沿线)地质矿产概况和压覆矿业权情况,采用垂直剖面法确定了压覆范围。区分露采矿山和地采矿山,考虑边坡稳定性,并依据可视范围不能出现露采矿山,根据各种情况选取最大值,确定了露采矿山拟压覆边界。在资源储量估算过程中,选取能代表拟压覆区内特征的参数,包括矿层厚度、视密度、倾角产状等,利用地质块段法估算了拟压覆区内的资源储量,最终确定了建设项目压覆的资源储量和工程量。通过对压覆资源储量的评估,最终为建设项目依法用地提供技术支持,同时为保障矿产资源国家权益、保护矿业权人合法权益以及矿政管理和资源储量登记统计等提供了技术支撑。Regarding the resource reserves and engineering volume of a linear engineering water pipeline overburden geological survey project,the vertical section method was used to determine the overlap area by investigating the geological and mineral resources surrounding(along the line)of the construction project and the overlying mining rights.Considering the stability of slope,selecting the maximum value according to various conditions and considering the slope stability,the proposed overburden boundary was determined.In the process of resource reserve estimation,the parameters that could represent the characteristics of the proposed compaction area were selected,including the thickness of the ore bed,apparent density,dip angle occurrence,etc.,and the resource reserves in the proposed compaction area were estimated by the geological block method,and finally determined the resource reserves and engineering volume overwhelmed by construction projects.Through the evaluation of overwhelming resource reserves,it would finally provided technical support for the legal use of land for construction projects,and at the same time provided technical support for the protection of the national rights and interests of mineral resources,the protection of the legal rights of mining rights holders,and the management of mining administration and the registration and statistics of resource reserves.
