摘  要:根据华能IGCC电站的空分系统在节能降耗中遇到的问题对预冷系统中的冷水机组进行了技改,从而优化了运行方式。纯化系统的分子筛经过更新换代,吸附时间由原来4 h延长到6 h,节省了蒸汽的同时增强了空分运行的稳定性。The water chiller in the precooling system has been technically modified through the problems encountered in the air separation system of Huaneng IGCC power station in energy saving and consumption reduction,so as to optimize the operation mode.The molecular sieve of the purification system has been updated,and the adsorption time has been extended from the original four hours to six hours,saving steam and enhancing the stability of air separation operation.
