摘  要:目的:研究刺五加多糖(ASPS)对免疫功能的调节作用。方法:采用注射环磷酰胺方式诱发免疫低下模型,将ASPS分为高、中、低剂量3组,对小鼠进行干预给药。于末次给药后24 h,利用碳粒廓清方法对胸腺指数、脾脏指数、K值、吞噬指数α值进行测定,并以半数溶血值HC 50为指标进一步验证ASPS对机体的免疫调节作用。结果:ASPS给药组脏器指数、K值与环磷酰胺模型组相比有明显统计学意义(P<0.05),吞噬指数α有极明显统计学意义(P<0.01);多糖组与空白组相比HC 50均有升高趋势,高剂量组与空白组相比具有明显统计学意义(P<0.01),中、低剂量组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ASPS对小鼠单核巨噬细胞的吞噬作用具有明显的增强作用;ASPS能促进绵羊红细胞产生溶血素,增强免疫功能。Objective:To study the regulatory effect of Acanthopanax senticosus Polysaccharide(ASPS)on immune function.Methods:Cyclophosphamide was injected into mice to induce immunosuppression,ASPS was divided into three groups of high-dose,medium-dose and low-doses,and the mice were given corresponding interventions.24 hours after the last administration,thymus index,spleen index,K value and the value of phagocytic index alpha were measured by carbon particle clearance method,and the hemolytic value HC 50 was used as the index to further verify the immune regulation effect of ASPS in the mice.Results:There were statistical difference in the organ indexes and K values(P<0.05),as well as in the value of phagocytosis index alpha(P<0.01)between the Cyclophosphamide model group and ASPS groups.There was an increased trend in HC 50 both in ASPS groups and in the blank group;of which there was an significant difference between the ASPS group of high-dose and the blank group(P<0.01),however there were no statistical difference between ASPS groups of medium-dose or low-dose and the blank control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:ASPS significantly enhanced the phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophage in mice.ASPS can promote the production of hemolysin induced by sheep erythrocytes and enhance immunity.
