摘　　要：目的:观察益气补肾活血方对肾虚血瘀型类风湿关节炎(RA)患者IL-6和IL-17的影响。方法:56例符合纳入标准的肾虚血瘀型RA患者,随机分为两组,对照组28例给予甲氨蝶呤片治疗,治疗组28例给予益气补肾活血方加甲氨蝶呤片治疗。3个月为1个疗程。观察两组临床疗效和治疗前后IL-6和IL-17水平的变化。结果:治疗后,两组中医临床症状均有所减轻(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组较对照组改善明显(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后IL-6和IL-17的水平较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:益气补肾活血方治疗RA具有较好的临床疗效,能有效地下调炎症因子IL-6和IL-17的水平,具有明显的抑制免疫炎症的作用。Objective:To observe the effects of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Decoction on IL-6 and IL-17 in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)of Kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:56 RA cases of Kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Methotrexate;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Formula.After three months of treatment,the clinical efficacy and the changes of IL-6 and IL-17 were observed in the two groups.Results:After the treatmet,the clinical symptoms of both groups were alleviated(P<0.05,P<0.01),the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and IL-17 were significantly decreased after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);the decreases were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Decoction has good clinical effect in treating RA,it can effectively down-regulate the level of inflammatory factors of IL-6 and IL-17,also it can inhibit the immune inflammation.
