2019年度济南市公共场所卫生状况监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解济南市公共场所卫生基本现状,掌握重点公共场所主要健康危害因素,评价健康风险,为加强公共场所卫生管理和防控疾病提供依据和技术支持。方法2019年5~11月在历下区、市中区、槐荫区、天桥区、历城区、长清区、章丘区7个区开展公共场所健康危害因素监测,对宾馆(酒店)、游泳场(馆)、沐浴场所、理发(美容)店等4类重点公共场所进行健康危害因素监测。结果2019年共监测104家公共场所,其中宾馆(酒店)42家、游泳馆14家、沐浴场所16家、理发店16家、美容店16家;监测健康危害因素6794项次,合格6556项次,合格率为96.50%。宾馆(酒店)的风速、PM10检测结果均符合标准要求,但噪声、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醛、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、菌落总数指标超标。宾馆漱口杯、茶具、毛巾和床单的大肠菌群和金黄色葡萄球菌合格率均为100.00%,但菌落总数指标均超标。游泳馆检测的相关指标中,大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群检测结果符合标准要求,其余指标均超标。沐浴场所浑浊度合格率为100.00%,消毒剂余量合格率较低,仅为66.67%。沐浴场所公共用品用具中拖鞋、浴衣的菌落总数,拖鞋的真菌总数存在超标现象。理发店室内空气指标中的甲醛、甲苯、二甲苯的合格率为100.00%,PM10、氨、苯所测指标的合格率均为93.75%。理发店的公共用品用具中,理发剪刀、理发梳、毛巾的菌落总数、大肠菌群及金黄色葡萄球菌的监测合格率均为100.00%。美容院室内空气指标中的甲醛、氨、苯、甲苯、二甲苯的合格率均为100.00%,PM10的合格率为94.44%。美容店的公共用品用具中,床单、毛巾、美容面盆及侵入性操作工具的微生物指标监测合格率均为100.00%。结论2019年济南市公共场所卫生状况良好,但部分场所监测结果合格率较低。Objective To understand the basic status of public health in Jinan city in 2019,grasp the main health risk factors of critical public places,and evaluate health risks by conducting health hazard monitoring in public places,so as to provide basis and technical support for strengthening health management and prevention and control of diseases in public places in Jinan city.Methods Monitoring of health risk factors in public places was carried out in 7 districts including Lixia district,Central district,Huaiyin district,Tianqiao district,Licheng district,Changqing district and Zhangqiu district during May-November 2019,health risk factors were monitored in 4 critical public places,including hotels,swimming pools,bathing places and hairdressing shops.Results The wind speed and PM10 test results of the hotelmet the standard requirements,but the noise,benzene,toluene,xylene,formaldehyde,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide and the total number of colonies exceeded the standard.The qualified rates of coliform bacteria and staphylococcus aureus in mouthwash cup,tea set,towel and bed sheet were all 100.00%,but the total number of colonies exceeded the standard.The results of coliform group and heat-resistant coliform group were in line with the requirements of the standard,and the other indexes were over the standard.The qualified rate of turbidity in bathing place was 100.00%,and the qualified rate of disinfectant margin was only 66.67%.The total number of bacteria in slippers and bathrobes and the total number of fungi in slippers exceeded the standard.The qualified rate of formaldehyde,toluene and xylene in the indoor air index of barber shop was 100%,and that of PM10,ammonia and benzene was 93.75%.In the public appliances of barber shop,the total number of colony,coliform and staphylococcus aureus of barber scissors,barber comb and towel were all 100.00%.The qualified rate of formaldehyde,ammonia,benzene,toluene and xylene in indoor air index of beauty salon was 100.00%,and the qualified rate of PM10 was 94.44%.In the publi
