摘 要:目的了解济南市槐荫区学龄儿童和孕妇的碘营养现状,从而评价碘摄入情况;掌握目标人群尿碘水平动态变化,为槐荫区消除碘缺乏病工作和合理补碘提供科学依据。方法2019年对槐荫区按东西南北中5个方位抽取5所小学、5个街道办事处,在抽中的小学中随机抽取40名学生进行尿样采集,共采集合格尿样200份。抽中的街道办事处随机抽取20名孕妇进行尿样采集,共采集合格尿样100份。采用砷-铈催化分光光度法对尿样进行检测,然后对检测结果进行统计分析。结果2019年槐荫区共检测8~10岁的学龄儿童尿碘200人、孕妇尿碘100人。孕妇尿碘中位数为131.20μg/L,<150.00μg/L的占检测样本数的54.00%(54人)。学龄儿童尿碘中位数为176.30μg/L,<50.00μg/L的占4.00%(8人),<100.00μg/L的占26.00%(52人);5个不同办事处孕妇、不同孕期孕妇尿碘差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);5个不同学校、不同性别、不同年龄学龄儿童尿碘差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论济南市槐荫区学龄儿童尿碘水平适宜,达到了国家消除碘缺乏病标准。孕妇尿碘水平仍低于适宜水平,重点人群碘缺乏病干预力度仍有待提升。Objective To understand the status of iodine nutrition of school-age children and pregnant women in Huaiyin district,Jinan city,in order to evaluate their iodine intake;and grasp the dynamic changes of urinary iodine levels,so as to provide scientific basis for the work of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders and reasonable iodine supplementation in Huaiyin district.Methods In 2019,5 elementary schools and 5 streets were sampled from Huaiyin district according to the 5 directions of east,west,south,north,and middle.A total of 40 students were randomly selected from each elementary schools to collect their urine samples,and 200 qualified urine samples were collected.Totally 20 pregnant women were randomly selected from the selected streets for urine sample collection,and 100 qualified urine samples were collected.Urine samples were tested by arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry,and the test results were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 200 urine samples of school-age children aged 8-10 years and 100 urine samples of pregnant women were tested.The urinary iodine median of pregnant women was 131.20μg/L,of which 54.00%(54 persons)had a urinary iodine median less than 150.00μg/L.The urinary iodine median of school-age children was 176.30μg/L,of which 4.00%(8 persons)less than 50.00μg/L and 26.00%(52 persons)less than 100.00μg/L.There was no statistically significant difference in urine iodine among pregnant women in different streets(P>0.05)and in different pregnancy periods(P>0.05);the difference in urine iodine among school-age children of different schools(P<0.01),different genders(P<0.05),different ages(P<0.01)was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The urinary iodine level of school-age children in Huaiyin district,Jinan city is appropriate,which has reached the national standard for iodine deficiency disorders eliminating.The urine iodine level of pregnant women is still lower than the appropriate level,and the intervention of iodine deficiency disorders in key populations still n
