摘　　要：目的:探讨操作技能直接观察测评(Direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)在医务人员临床操作技能培训中的应用和效果评价.方法:选择2020年1月22日至27日金堂县第一人民医院在岗员工120名,开展"穿脱防护用品6项"操作技能培训,对他们培训前期和培训后期分别进行1次DOPS考核,通过对考核成绩、培训者和培训对象对培训结果的满意度进行分析,评价DOPS教学效果.结果:前期操作考核结果显示,120名培训对象因职系不同操作水平存在明显差异,其中护士考核成绩相对较高(P<0.05);后期操作考核结果显示,全体成员各单项评分、总平均分均高于前期考核(P<0.05);对DOPS结果的满意度测评,培训者前期得分为6.8±0.7,后期为8.0±0.5;培训对象前期得分为7.9±0.6,后期为8.6±0.4,培训双方后期测评满意度均高于前期且处于较高水平,培训对象高于培训者.结论:DOPS可有效运用于临床操作技能培训和考核,能够良好提高医务人员相关操作技能水平.Objective:To discuss the application and effect evaluation of direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)in clinical operationSkill Training for medical staf.Methods:120 on-the-job employees in the Fist People’s Hospital of jintang were selected from January 222020 to January 27,2020,Operating skll raining was performed for them to leamn wearing and taking off six kinds of protective equipmentTrainees were teted using DOPSs in the cearly stage and later stage of the training respectively.The teaching efect of DOPs was evaluated byanalyring the score of examination and assesing the satisaction of trainers and trainees with the examination results.Results:The operatingskill examination resuls in the early stage showed that the operating skill level was apparently different due to the dverse professions of the 120traines,and the nurse group obtained the highest scores comuparing with other group(p<0.05).In the late stage,the operating skill examinationresuls indicated that all membes’each individual score and the total average score in the later stage were higher than those in the earlier stage.The satifaction score of trainers and trainees to DOPS were invetigated.The satisaction score of trainers was 6.8±0.7 in the early stage and thescore increased to 8.010.5 in the late stage.Similarly,the satislaction score of trainees was changed from 7.9±0.6 to 8.6±0.4.The satisfactionof both trainers and traines in the late stage was higher than that in the early stage,and the satifaction of traines was higher than that of trainers.Conchsion:DOPs is an effective method of training and assesment of clinical operational skills to improve the operating skills of hospitalcmployees.
