摘  要:研究了一种基于OMAP4460嵌入式平台的煤矿井下全景钻孔成像测量系统,设计了钻孔成像测量系统的总体方案,详细阐述了嵌入式平台、图像采集模块、姿态测量模块以及本安电源模块的硬件设计。为了实现钻孔成像测量系统的人机交互,开发了钻孔成像测量系统APP,并研究了将环状孔壁图像拉伸为平面带状视图的全景图像展开算法。为了测试研制的钻孔成像测量系统的应用效果,选取了一个煤矿井下探放水孔进行测量。试验结果表明:钻孔成像测量系统能够清晰观测孔内情况,准确采集钻孔轨迹和深度信息,光滑、平整地将钻孔孔壁展开为平面带状图,完全满足目前地质勘测领域的测量要求。Studies a drilling imaging measurement system based on the OMAP4460 embedded platform for coal mines.The overall scheme of the borehole imaging measurement system is designed,and the hardware design of the embedded platform,image acquisition module,attitude measurement module and intrinsic safe power module is explained in detail.In order to realize the man-machine interaction of the drilling imaging measurement system,the APP of drilling imaging measurement system has been developed,and the panoramic image expansion algorithm was developed,which stretches the annular hole wall image into a flat band view.In order to test the application effect of the borehole imaging measurement system developed,a probing water hole was selected for measurement.The test results show that the borehole imaging measurement system can clearly observe the situation in the hole,accurately collect the drilling trajectory and depth information,smoothly and flatly expand the borehole wall into a flat strip chart,and fully meet the current measurement requirements in the field of geological surveying.
