急倾斜综采下端头安全防护装置的研制与应用

摘　　要：集团公司下属煤矿急倾斜综采工作面下端头防飞矸、落煤采用的防护措施,不能对作业人员操作和通行以及设备提供足够防护,利用液压动作与机械装置相结合的方式,设计了一种急倾斜综采下端头安全防护装置。该装置具有着垂直自动升降水平同步移动、横向防侧翻纵向防倾斜作用,有效地隔离了工作面采煤作业区和工人通行区,改进完善了急倾斜综采下端头的安全防护问题,提高了安全系数。The protective measures adopted to prevent flying gangue and falling coal at the lower end of steeply inclined fully mechanized mining face in coal mines subordinate to the group company cannot provide sufficient protection for the operation and passage of operators and equipment,a safety protection device for the lower end of steeply inclined fully mechanized mining face is designed by combining hydraulic action with mechanical devices.The device has the functions of vertical automatic lifting,horizontal synchronous movement,lateral anti-rollover and longitudinal anti-tilting,effectively isolates the coal mining operation area of the working face and the worker passing area,improves and perfects the safety protection problem of thesteep fully mechanized mininglower end,improvesthe safety factor.
