摘  要:新兴煤矿11002工作面上隅角使用光干涉甲烷测定器、便携式甲烷检测报警仪及甲烷传感器测定的甲烷数值不一致,其中,便携式甲烷检测报警仪与甲烷传感器测定甲烷数据基本相同,但光干涉甲烷测定器测定数据与便携式甲烷检测报警仪和甲烷传感器测定数据相差近1.5%。通过使用不同单位的甲烷检测仪器进行测定比对、对空气中其他气体成分进行测定,并对现场气体取样进行分析,最终得出3种检测仪器测定数据有误差的原因是由于工作面上隅角氧气浓度偏低和二氧化碳浓度偏高导致光干涉甲烷测定器测定数值偏大所致,并有针对性地提出了光干涉甲烷测定器在低氧环境中检测甲烷数据的修正系数和在二氧化碳浓度偏高的环境中检测方法及相关措施,以解决类似的现场实际问题。The methane values measured by the optical interference methane detector,portable methane detection alarm and methane sensor at the corner of the working face of Xinxing coal mine 11002 are inconsistent.Among them,the portable methane detection alarm and methane sensor measure methane data is basically the same,but the light interference the difference between the measurement data of the methane tester and that of the portable methane detection alarm and methane sensor is nearly 1.5%.By using different units of methane detection instruments for measurement comparison,measurement of other gas components in the air,and analysis of on-site gas sampling,the reason for the error in the measurement data of the three detection instruments is finally due to the corner of the working surface the low oxygen concentration and the high carbon dioxide concentration lead to the large measurement value of the optical interference methane detector,and the correction coefficient of the optical interference methane detector to detect methane data in a low oxygen environment and the partial deviation of the carbon dioxide concentration are proposed.High-level detection methods and related measures to solve similar on-site practical problems.
