摘　　要：介绍了国内选煤厂普遍使用的XJX斜叶轮型、XJM伞形叶轮型和XJM-S双层伞形叶轮型等3种不同形式的机械搅拌式浮选机的发展过程,侧重研究了XJX型浮选机和XJM-S型浮选机的结构特点和工作原理,归纳比较了两者的性能差异,从理论上说明了XJM-S型浮选机对粗粒级、难浮煤泥有较好回收效果的原因,最后指出XJM-S型浮选机是目前国内适应性最好的机械搅拌式浮选机。Introduces the development process of three different types of mechanical stirring flotation machines,XJX inclined impeller,XJM umbrella impeller and XJM-S double layer umbrella impeller,which are commonly used in domestic coal preparation plants,The structure characteristics and working principle of XJX type flotation machine and XJM-S type flotation machine are emphatically studied.The performance difference between the two is summarized and compared.It is theoretically explained that the XJM-S type flotation machine has a better recovery effect on coal slime with coarse particle size and refractory float,finally,it is pointed out that XJM-S flotation machine is the best mechanical stirring flotation machine in China.
