摘 要:双循环流化床超大型粉煤气化技术(KSY)目前已顺利完成工业试验装置(100 t/d)72 h现场标定,并一次性通过由陕西省化工学会组织的科技成果鉴定。该技术成功开发了第1、第2反应器接力式串连反应系统,并分别实施温度场、流场、循坏倍率的有效控制。旋风分离器作为该技术的核心设备,其性能直接关乎气化反应特性和床层流化状态。立足中试试验装置和已建立的双循环流化床数值模型,从结构、尺寸、工艺参数、原料属性等方面,探究分离器性能的影响因素。表明适宜的气速、低漏风率、合理的粉煤粒径及结构尺寸都可有效改善分离器的性能,为KSY技术产业化过程中分离器的设计提供理论指导和数据支撑。KSY has successfully completed the 72 hour on-site calibration of the industrial test unit(100 t/d)and passed the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements organized by Shaanxi institute of chemical industry at one time.The technology successfully developed the relay tandem reaction system of the first and second reactors,and implemented the effective control of temperature field,flow field and cycle rate respectively.Cyclone separator,as the core equipment of this technology,its performance is directly related to gasification reaction characteristics and bed fluidization state.Based on the pilot test equipment and the established numerical model of dual-cycle fluidized bed,explores the factors affecting the separator′s performance from the aspects of structure,size,process parameters and raw material properties.It shows that the proper gas velocity,low air leakage rate,reasonable pulverized coal particle size and structure size can effectively improve the performance of the separator,and provide theoretical guidance and data support for the design of the separator in the industrialization process of KSY technology.
