摘 要:为缩短电动工程机械产品的研发周期,降低电池系统的安全及可靠性风险和验证成本,针对电动工程机械锂电池包支撑机构耐久性台架加速试验,提出高仿电池包替代实际电池包与支撑机构一起上台架的试验方案。介绍高仿电池包设计、电池包支撑机构(支架和减振器)、电池包在整机上实际作业振动数据采集及试验台选择要求。以50型电动装载机电池包支撑机构为例进行耐久性台架加速试验。试验结果表明:所设计的电池包支撑机构满足使用寿命设计值的要求,可以应用在整机上进行实际施工作业试验,以确认耐久性台架加速试验方法的有效性。In order to shorten the research and development cycle of electric construction machinery products,and reduce the safety and reliability risk and verification cost of battery system,for the durability bench acceleration test of lithium battery pack supporting mechanism of electric construction machinery,a high imitation battery pack is proposed to replace the actual battery pack and to be tested with the supporting mechanism on the bench.Design of high imitation battery pack,supporting mechanism(bracket and shock absorber),actual operation vibration data collection of battery pack on machine,and selection requirement of test bench are introduced.Taking the battery pack supporting mechanism of model 50 electric loader as an example,the durability bench acceleration test is performed.The test results show that the designed battery pack supporting mechanism can meet the requirements of design value of its service life,and can be applied to the whole machine for actual construction test to confirm the effectiveness of the durability bench acceleration test method.
