摘  要:装载机工作装置铰点布置设计要兼顾铲斗平动性、传动性能、卸料性能、卸载高度等指标,因此需要合理地选择优化目标和约束函数。提出采用工作装置掘起力和铲斗平动性两个关键参数交替作为目标函数的方法,首先选择平动性作为目标函数,约束平动角和其他参数进行优化计算;然后,在目标函数下降速度变慢时,将目标函数调整为掘起力,约束调整为平动角等参数,反复调整计算直至达到满足设计要求。所采用的优化设计方法有效性高,得到的工作装置铰点设计方案平动性较好,并可显著提高工作装置地面掘起力。The hinge point layout design of loader working equipment shall take into account bucket translational performance,transmission performance,unloading performance,unloading height and other indicators,so it is necessary to select the optimization objective and constraint function reasonably.A method of alternately using two key parameters of working device breakout force and bucket translational performance as the objective function is proposed.First,the translational performance is selected as the objective function,and the translation angle and other parameters are constrained for optimal calculation.Then,when the objective function decreases slowly,the objective function is adjusted to breakout force and the constraint is adjusted to translation angle and other parameters,and the calculation is repeatedly adjusted until meets the design requirements.The optimized design method adopted is highly effective,and the obtained working device hinge point design scheme has good translational performance and significantly improves the ground breakout force of the working device.
