摘  要:针对实际工作中,液压系统常出现系统压力建立时间过长或过短,甚至达不到设计压力的问题,结合实例,对影响液压系统压力建立时间的液压介质可压缩性、介质温度、机械结构及弹性工件弹性势能、换向时间、内泄漏等主要因素进行全面分析。进一步分析开环、闭环比例调压回路的调压效果及解决方法,提出压力参数设定是影响液压系统各压力的建压时间以及压力值的关键,设定各压力参数时,需确定各压力与建压时间之间的比例系数K及其最大值Kmax,控制K≤Kmax,即可在提高效率的情况下控制超调量,进而缩短建压时间,提高系统响应时间,提升压力调整精度和工作效率。In actual work,the hydraulic system often has the problem of too long or too short system pressure build-up time,or even fails to reach the design pressure.Combined with practical examples,the main factors affecting the pressure setting time of hydraulic system,such as compressibility of hydraulic medium,medium temperature,mechanical structure,elastic potential energy of elastic workpiece,reversing time,inter na l leakage and so on,are comprehensively analyzed.The pressure regulation effect and solution of open-loop and closedloop proportional pressure regulation circuits are further analyzed.It is pointed out that the pressure parameter setting is the key to affect each pressure buildup time and pressure value of hydraulic system.When setting each pressure parameters,it is necessary to determine the proportional coefficient K and its maximum value Kmax between each pressure and pressure build-up time,and control K≤Kmax to control overshoot while improving efficiency,thereby shortening pressure build-up time,improving system response time,and improving pressure adjustment accuracy and work efficiency.
