摘  要:国内非道路移动机械用柴油机第四阶段排放法规的颁布和实施,促使工程机械行业开始新一轮的技术升级。介绍柴油机排放尾气的组成、危害及生成机理。针对柴油机的排放特性和排放法规,介绍机内净化技术、后处理技术和低排放燃料技术,并提出了车辆冷却系统的技术应对。将水冷中冷双循环冷却系统安装在某50型轮式装载机国四排放样机上,开展试验对比研究,结果表明水冷中冷方式以最佳方式解决了柴油机增压空气至燃烧室高效供给技术,能够保障国四柴油机试验样机的高效燃烧和清洁燃烧,适应装载机作业工况,提高了车辆动力传动系统效率,降低了油耗,车辆系统动力性、节能性、可靠性及环保性均得到改善。The promulgation and implementation of the fourth stage emission regulation of diesel engine for non-road mobile machinery in China has promoted a new round of technological upgrading in construction machinery industry.The composition,harm and generation mechanism of exhaust gas from diesel engine are introduced.According to the emission characteristics and emission regulations of diesel engine,the internal purification technology,post-processing technology and low emission fuel technology are introduced,and the technical response of vehicle cooling system is proposed.The water-to-air intercooling dual-circulation cooling system is installed on a CHINAⅣemission diesel engine of a model 50 wheel loader to carry out a comparative study.The results show that water-to-air intercooling solves the problem of efficient supply technology from the supercharged air to the combustion chamber in the best way,which can ensure efficient and clean combustion of CHINAⅣemission diesel engine,adapt to working conditions of loader and improve efficiency of vehicle power transmission system,reduce fuel consumption,and improve dynamics,energy saving,reliability and environmental protection of vehicle system.
