摘　　要：自身抗体测定在自身免疫病的诊断、鉴别诊断及病情评估中具有重要作用。为推动我国自身抗体检测的专业化和规范化,中国免疫学会临床免疫分会在前期工作的基础上,由多学科临床医学及检验医学专家共同制订了《自身免疫病诊断中抗体检测方法的推荐意见》,内容涵盖风湿免疫病、自身免疫性肝病、胃肠道疾病、肾脏疾病、中枢神经系统自身免疫病、内分泌系统疾病和自身免疫皮肤病的相关自身抗体检测方法学推荐,可作为临床医师和检验人员选择自身抗体检测方法学的参考。Autoantibody detection is important in diagnosis and classification of autoimmune diseases.To promote the standardization of autoantibody detection in China,the Clinical Immunology Committee of Chinese Society for Immunology published the recommendation for autoantibody detection in diagnosis of autoimmune diseases,involving rheumatology,nephrology,gastroenterology,hepatology and dermatology etc.The recommendation is based upon evidence from systematic literature reviews,as well as suggestion from multi-disciplinary experts,providing a reference for clinicians and laboratory technicians in daily practice.
