摘 要:针对连轧机系统单机架轧机间的耦合振动现象,考虑轧制过程几何特征、辊缝摩擦力及压应力,建立均匀变形动态轧制过程模型;将该模型与辊系多模态结构模型相结合,综合考虑连轧机相邻机架间轧件张力和轧件厚度波动,建立连轧机单机架轧机间耦合振动系统模型。基于连轧机单机架轧机间耦合振动系统模型,对每个单机架系统和多机架耦合振动系统进行动力学特性分析。研究结果表明:当厚度不均匀的带材进入当前机架时,会直接影响轧制力,从而导致轧辊振动;当厚度不均匀的带材进入连轧机的任何其他机架时,都会导致整个连轧机的张力发生变化,从而导致轧辊振动;机架间的耦合作用降低了系统的稳定性,减小了系统的临界速度。连轧机机架间耦合振动系统模型的建立可为抑制轧机振动提供参考。In view of the coupling vibration phenomenon between single stand rolling mills in tandem rolling mill system, the dynamic rolling process model of uniform deformation was established by considering the geometric characteristics of rolling process, roll gap friction and compressive stress. At the same time, the model was combined with the multi-modal structure model of roll system, and the coupling vibration system model between single stand rolling mills of tandem rolling mill was established by considering the tension of adjacent stands of tandem rolling mill and thickness fluctuation. Based on the model of coupling vibration system between single stand rolling mills of tandem rolling mill, the dynamic characteristics of each single stand system and multi-stand coupling vibration system were analyzed. The results show that a strip with thickness irregularity directly influences the roll forces when it enters the current stand, which leads to roll vibrations, and a strip with thickness irregularity causes tension variations throughout the tandem rolling mill when it enters any other stand of the tandem rolling mill, which also leads to roll vibrations. The coupling between stands reduces the stability and critical speed of the system. The establishment of the coupling vibration system model between the stands of tandem rolling mills provides referrence for the suppression of rolling mill vibration.
