摘 要:为了研究S1工作制异步电机在S2工作制中的运行特性,对一台S1工作制、Y2-315S-4笼型异步电机损耗和温度场进行计算。采用有限元法,计算分析了电机在额定负载以及1.1、1.2、1.3、1.4、1.5倍负载下的损耗。建立三维瞬态温度场模型,对S1工作制电机在额定负载下的温度场进行计算,并以最大温升作为温升标准,分别对其他5种负载下电机温升达到温升标准时所用的时间进行计算,得出S1工作制电机运行在S2工作制时不同负载下所允许的运行时间,以及S2工作制中电机运行时间和运行容量的关系和最短再运行时间,为制定不同运行容量时电机的运行时间提供理论依据。In order to study the operating characteristics of the S1 working asynchronous motor in the S2 working system, the loss and temperature field for the S1 working system,squirrel-cage asynchronous motor of Y2-315 S-4 were calculated. The loss of the motor were calculated by finite-element method, and compared under rated load condition and 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 load condition. Establish a three-dimensional transient temperature field model to calculate the temperature field of the S1 working motor under rated load. By taking the maximum temperature rise of the motor as the temperature rise standard, the time taken of the other five kinds of load for the motor temperature rise standard was calculated based on the temperature rise standard of the motor. We obtain the allowable running time of the S1 working system motor under different loads during the S2 working system and analyze the relationship between the running time and the running capacity of the motor in the S2 working system and the minimum rerun time, and provide a theoretical basis for the motor running time under different operating capacities.
