摘  要:车削大螺距螺纹精加工过程中,系统振动引起了刀具与工件接触关系的瞬时变化,刀工接触关系的轴向变化造成切削层厚度的变化,是瞬时切削力的产生原因。采用振动位移与瞬时切削力之间的比值来描述系统动柔度,表征大螺距螺纹系统稳定性;通过利用MATLAB软件中的小波包分解和重构、小波包降噪和曲线拟合等方法来处理振动和切削力信号。该获取系统动柔度的方法可以快速准确地表示振动位移与瞬时切削力之间的关系,评判本次切削行程内的系统稳定性。In the finishing process of turning large pitch thread, the system vibration causes the instantaneous change of the contact relationship between the tool and workpiece. The axial change of the tool and workpiece contact relationship causes the thickness of the cutting layer to change, which is the cause of the instantaneous cutting force. In this paper, the ratio between vibration displacement and instantaneous cutting force is used to describe the dynamic flexibility of the cutting system and characterize the stability of the large pitch thread system. The vibration and cutting force signals are processed by using wavelet packet decomposition and reconstruction, wavelet packet denoising and curve fitting. The method for obtaining the dynamic flexibility of the cutting system can quickly and accurately represent the relationship between the vibration displacement and the instantaneous cutting force, and judge the system stability in the cutting stroke.
