摘 要:以中心点支承圆形弹性金属塑料瓦为研究对象,依据润滑理论,建立推力轴承数学模型,采用有限元软件仿真分析,并对其润滑性能进行数值模拟。结论表明,油膜压力使瓦面产生凹变形,油膜温度使瓦面产生凸变形,轴瓦整体变形为凹变形。根据轴瓦变形情况将轴瓦瓦面修型为进出油坡形厚度为0.05 mm、长度为8 mm的中凸形型面。相同工况下,最小油膜厚度随着弹性复合层厚度的增加而减小,随着钢基层厚度的增加而增加。当弹性复合层加厚到10 mm时最高油膜温度出现峰值,不利于轴承散热。钢基层厚度改变对于最高油膜温度及轴瓦整体温度的影响甚微,可忽略不计。The circular elastic metal-plastic pad supported by the center point is taken as the research object. Based on the lubrication theory, the mathematical model of thrust bearing is established. The simulation analysis is carried out by using finite element software, and the lubrication performance is simulated. The conclusion shows that the oil film pressure causes concave deformation of pad surface, the oil film temperature causes convex deformation of pad surface, and overall deformation of bearing bushing is concave. According to the deformation of bearing pad, the bearing pad surface is modified into a medium-convex surface with a slope thickness of 0.05 mm and a slope length of 8 mm. Under the same working conditions, the minimum oil film thickness decreases with the increase of elastic composite layer thickness and the minimum oil film thickness increases with the increase of steel base thickness. When the elastic composite layer is thicker to 10 mm, the maximum oil film temperature appears peak value, which is not conducive to bearing heat dissipation. The change of steel base thickness has little effect on the maximum oil film temperature and the overall bearing temperature, which can be neglected.
