摘  要:以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的三聚体(N3300)与双酚A型环氧树脂(E44)为联用扩链剂,与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)粒料进行反应挤出。对比了2种扩链剂联用与单独使用对PET的扩链效果,利用旋转流变仪对扩链产物进行测试与结构分析,并探究了扩链体系可能存在的反应机理。结果表明,联用扩链剂的扩链效果优于单一扩链剂的扩链效果。当m(PET)∶m(E44)=1∶1.2时,弹性模量(G′)相较纯PET而言,提升了2个数量级,流变行为改善,剪切变稀现象明显;tanδ平台值小于1,G′末端斜率为1.19;vGP图中相位角在高复数模量时稳定在30°左右,无尾端上扬趋势,无凝胶结构;Cole-Cole圆直径为同组最大,伴有明显直线上扬趋势,支化程度较高。The polyethylene terephthalate(PET)pellets were processed by reactive extrusion,using trimer of hexamethylene diisocyanate(N3300)and bisphenol A epoxy resin(E44)as combined chain extender.The effects of the two chain extenders used alone and combined on the chain extension of PET were compared,rotary rheometer was used to test the chain-extended PET,and the possible reaction mechanism of the chain extension system was explored.The results show that the combination of N3300 and E44 has better effect on the chain extension of PET than the single chain used.When m(PET)∶m(E44)=1∶1.2,compared with pure PET,the storage modulus G′is improved by two orders of magnitude and the rheological behavior is improved,the chain-extended PET melt shows obvious shear thinning phenomenon;the tanδplatform value is less than 1 and the end slope of G’is 1.19;in the vGP diagram,the phase angle is stable at about 30°at high complex modulus,there is no tendency for the tail curve to rise,the gel-free structure is shown;the Cole-Cole circle diameter is the largest in the same group,accompanied by a clear upward trend and a higher degree of branching.
