摘　　要：利用Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应制备50/50(质量比,下同)聚苯乙烯/乙烯-辛烯共聚物(PS/POE)增容母料,研究了POE-PS增容母料用量和动态硫化对PS/POE(70/30)性能的影响。结果表明,在增容母料中,PS接枝率为29.2%,凝胶含量为0%;当添加40 phr增容母料取代PS/POE(70/30)共混物中部分PS和POE,共混物的冲击强度比纯PS和相同配比简单共混物分别提高了300%和91.2%;在此基础上,添加过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)和三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)各0.2 phr进行动态硫化,其冲击强度和拉伸强度较未动态硫化的PS/POE/PS-POE增容母料(50/10/40)提高了12.4%和6.5%;扫描电镜、动态流变性能和动态力学热分析的测试结果表明,采用增容母料和动态硫化有助于提高POE与PS两相之间的相容性。Polyolefin elastomer(POE)-polystyrene(PS)(mass ratio of 50/50)compatibilized master batch was prepared by Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction.The effects of the POE-PS compatibilized master batch and dynamic vulcanization on properties of PS/POE(70/30)were studied.The results show that the grafting ratio of PS is 29.2%,and the gel content is 0%.When 40 phr POE-PS compatibilized master batch were added to replace some PS and POE in the PS/POE(70/30)blend,the notched izod impact strength of this blend is higher than of pure PS and the PS/POE simple blend by 300%and 91.2%,respectively.On the basis of PS/POE/POE-PS compatibilized master batch(50/10/40),by adding 0.2 phr DCP and 0.2 phr TAIC dynamic vulcanization,the notched izod impact strength and tensile strength are higher than of no dynamically vulcanized PS/POE/PS-POE compatibilized masterbatch(50/10/40)blend by 12.4%and 6.5%,respectively.The results of SEM,dynamic rheological behavior and DMA show that the compatibility POE and PS is improved by POE-PS compatibilized master batch and the dynamic vulcanization method.
