摘　　要：基于现有文献并对与政商关系话题相关的中国情境特征进行梳理,对中国企业政商关系的相关研究进行了综述性理论探讨,提出了理论研究框架和未来研究方向。首先,对探讨中国情境下政商关系的国内外文献进行回顾,以回答现有文献“研究了什么”;然后,对政商关系的中国情境进行全面梳理,以辨别企业政商关系管理实践“需要研究什么”;接着,通过比较分析现有文献的不足,以回答“缺什么”;最后,对中国情境下的政商关系管理话题未来研究方向提出了建议。By reviewing the existing literature and combing the characteristics of China’s context related to the business-government relationship,this study makes a comprehensive theoretical discussion on the relevant research of business-government relationship management,and puts forward a theoretical framework and discusses future research directions.First of all,this study reviews the existing literature on the business-government relationship in the context of China at home and abroad,in order to answer“what has been studied”in the existing literature;Then,a comprehensive analysis of the Chinese context is conducted in order to identify what needs to be studied in the practice of business-government relationship management;Next,this study answers“what is missing”by analyzing the research gaps;Finally,some suggestions for the future research on the topic of government-business relationship management in China are given in this study.
