摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了系列Ca2MgSiO5∶xEu^2+,yCe^3+发光材料,通过X射线衍射仪、荧光分光光度计对样品的晶体结构和发光性能进行了表征及测试.结果表明,Eu^2+,Ce^3+共掺杂的Ca2MgSiO5荧光粉与Ca2MgSiO5∶xEu^2+的光谱相似,少量的Ce^3+掺杂可以增强Eu2+发光性能,并使激发光谱红移.Ca2MgSiO5∶0.02Eu^2+,0.005Ce^3+发光材料的最强发射峰在505nm,说明在可见光区有很强响应,由此可减少由于太阳能电池光谱与电池材料带隙不匹配造成的能量损失,对提高太阳能电池光电转换效率具有重要的意义.The novel luminescent materials of Ca2MgSiO5∶Eu^2+,Ce^3+ were successfully prepared through sol-gel method,and the structure and luminescent properties of samples were characterized and analyzed with X-Ray diffraction and fluorescence spectrophotometer.The results indicated that the resultant co-doping samples owned the similar spectral characters with that of Ca2MgSiO5∶xEu^2+ and the incorporation of Ce^3+ could significantly enhance the characteristic luminescence intensity of samples of Ca2MgSiO5∶x Eu^2+ with an obvious red-shift of excitation spectrum.The maximum emission peak locating at 505 nm of Ca2MgSiO5∶0.02Eu^2+,0.005Ce^3+ samples suggested that the materials have a strong responsiveness in the visible-light region.The light convert capability of Ca2MgSiO5∶0.02Eu^2+,0.005Ce^3+ samples could effectively reduce the energy loss arose from the mismatch between the solar cell spectra and the bandgap of battery materials and significantly enhanced the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells.
