摘  要:以江西上饶地区横峰县4个具有代表性的葛品种"赣葛1号""赣葛2号""赣葛6号""小花叶葛"为试材,研究了相同品种不同种植年限和不同品种相同种植年限对葛块根中主要化学成分含量的影响,以期探究不同种植年限和不同品种葛块根中主要化学成分积累的规律,为葛农科学合理选择葛品种及安排种植时间提供参考依据。结果表明:葛块根M2-2淀粉含量最高,达20.60%;M3-2其纤维素、葛根素、维生素C含量最高,分别达18.73%、34.71%、0.38 mg·(100g)^-1;M2-1总黄酮含量最高达0.67%;M3-1蛋白质含量最高,为14.63 mg·g^-1,M2-2还原糖含量最高为0.40%,M1-2可溶性糖含量最高为0.20%,且品种间差异显著(P<0.05)。其中淀粉、纤维素、还原性糖、维生素C随着种植年限的延长其含量增加,且种植年限之间无显著差异。Four representative Pueraria lobata varieties’Gan Pueraria No.1’’Gan Pueraria No.2’’Gan Pueraria No.6’’Little Flower Leaf Pueraria’in Hengfeng county,Shangrao district,Jiangxi Province were used as materials,the contents of main chemical components in the same variety with different planting years and different varieties with the same planting years were compared,in order to explore the accumulation law of main chemical components in different planting years and varieties of Pueraria lobata,it provided a theoretical reference for pueraria plant grower to scientifically and rationally choose pueraria varieties and arrange planting time.The results showed that the starch content of M2-2 was the highest,reaching 20.60%.M3-2 had the highest content of cellulose,puerarin and vitamin C,18.73%,34.71%and 0.38 mg·(100 g)^-1 respectively.The content of total flavonoids in M2-1 was as high as 0.67%.M3-1 had the highest protein content of 14.63 mg·g^-1.The highest content of reducing sugar in M2-2 was 0.40%,and the highest content of soluble sugar in M1-2 was 0.20%,with significant difference among varieties(P<0.05).Among them,the contents of starch,cellulose,reducing sugar and vitamin C increased with the extension of planting years,and there was no significant difference among planting years.
