摘　　要：石油钻井使用一次性高温锂电池为井下高温仪器设备供电、由于对电源系统的环境温度、电池容量、尺寸、可靠性、电源转换效率等有较高要求,难以做到电源转换效率、尺寸及成本之间的平衡通过分析不同高温锂电池的放电特性,创新性地选用了宽输入电压稳压芯片并确定了设计目标。为了简化设计工作,使用新版WEBENCH Power Designer在线电源设计软件完成了井下高温电源的DC/DC转换器设计工作,包括电原理图和印刷电路板的定制、电源的直流及瞬态仿真和热仿真,最终导出用于测试及生产的图纸及数据。同时,对设计结果作了相关计算验证室内试验及现场试验表明,该井下高温电源具有输出稳定、转换效率高等特点,满足多数井下仪器的供电需求,可用于仪器仪表、自动控制、汽车工业等领域。In the field of petroleum drilling,disposable high-temperature lithium batteries are used to power down-hole high temperature instruments and equipment.Because of the high requirement of environment temperature,battery capacity,size,reliability and power conversion efficiency of power supply system,it is difficult to balance the efficiency,size and cost of power conversion.By analyzing the discharge characteristics of different high-temperature lithium batteries,a wide input voltage regulator chip is selected innovatively and the design target is determined.In order to simplify the design work,the design of DC/DC converter for downhole high-temperature power supply is completed by using the new version WEBENCH Power Designer on-line power supply design software including customization of electrical schematic diagram and printed circuit board,DC and transient simulation and thermal simulation of power supply.Finally,drawings and data for testing and production are derived,and the design results are verified by related calculation.Laboratory and field tests show that the high-temperature power supply has the characteristics of stable output and high conversion efficiency,which can satisfy the power supply demand of most downhole instruments and can also be used in instrumentation,automatic control,automobile industry and other fields.
