摘  要:阀门是化工行业中非常重要的设备之一,应用极为广泛在化工行业的高速发展中,复杂的工艺经常需要阀门在极其恶劣的环境中工作,随之而来的故障也不容忽视。调节阀在整个系统中的故障率尤为突出为保障系统的可靠性,专家系统是当前故障诊断运用最广泛的方法之一。通过对化工现场调节阀的故障分析,研究调节阀弹簧的故障机理,结合现场阀门数据建立数学模型,搭建主动运维专家系统。随着化工行业智能化的日益发展,主动运维是未来安全运维的一个发展趋势。该系统可以实时监测现场阀门的健康状态,并根据数据库中的模型,对监测到的异常数据进行预测性诊断;同时,通过收集现场阀门数据对未知故障进行学习,形成越来越成熟的知识库,增加对弹性元件进行预测性维护的准确性,弥补部分技术人员的不足。该专家系统能够在保障化工行业安全的进程中发挥更大的作用。The valve is one of the vitally important equipment in the chemical industry.Its application is very extensive in the rapid development of the chemical industry.The valves are often used in the extremely harsh condition.The failures are naturally accompanied with in harsh conditions.In the failure rate of the whole system,the regulating valve failure rate accounts for a large proportion.In order to insure the reliability of the system,fault diagnosis expert system is widely used as one of the common methods.Through the malfunction analysis of chemical field regulator,the active operations expert system is set up by means of exploring regulator spring fault mechanism and collecting the valve data to establish mathematical model.With the development of intelligence for chemical industry,active operations are the development trend of future security operations.The system can real-time monitor the health status of the valve and carry out the predict diagnosis according to the model from abnormal data in the database.At the same time,collecting the in-situ valve data to learn unknown fault,the mature knowledge base is more and more formed.The accuracy of the elastic element for predictive maintenance is increased.The lack of technical personnel can be made up.The expert system may play a more important role in protecting the process of security in chemical industry.
