摘  要:10kV配网高压架空线路的最高允许运行温度是影响架空线路输电能力的重要因素由于电阻的存在,输电线在输配电的过程中会有部分电能转化为热能,使输电线局部温度升高,影响输送电传输效率。温度过高甚至会引起火灾,引发严重的电力事故.现有在线测温技术大多为有线传输,存在安全隐患。提出了基于声表面波(SAW)无源无线传感技术的高压架空导线无线测温传感器结构,设计了可与设备一体化的传感器天线。该天线为圆弧结构,纯金属材质,导热性能优良,便于安装在架空线轴上。天线与架空线路之间通过绝缘橡胶间隔,可避免电缆绝缘层被金属天线破坏。该天线形式为平面倒F天线(PIFA)结构,容易与SAW芯片匹配,-3dB带宽为18 MHz,增益约1.4 dB,理论距离高达31 m。The maximum allowable operating temperature of 10 kV distribution high-voltage overhead lines is vitally important for transmission capacity of overhead lines.Due to the existence of resistance,part of the electric energy is converted into heat energy during the transmission and distribution.In this case,the local temperature of the transmission line is increasing,and the transmission efficiency of the transmission is decreasing.The excessive temperature may even cause a fire,causing a serious electric accident.Most of the existing online temperature measurement technologies are wired transmission,thus,safety hazard occurs potentially.A wireless temperature identity antenna used for overhead cable based on surface acoustic wave(SAW) passive sensing technology is proposed.The antenna is of circular arc structure and made of pure metal,which is provided with excellent thermal conductivity and can be easily mounted on an overhead bobbin.The insulation between the antenna and the overhead cable is separated by an insulating rubber to prevent the cable from being damaged by the metal antenna.The antenna is in the form of planar inverted F-shaped antenan(PIFA) structure,which is easy to match with the Saw chip,and possesses a gain of about 1.4 dB with 18 MHz bandwidth of-3 dB and a theoretical distance of up to 31 m.
